DJ Ayres is widely known in New York City for genre-hopping mix cds and club appearances that draw on a huge variety of styles with one unifying theme: FUN. The New York Times said "DJ Ayres has quietly become one of New York's best mixtape D.J.'s." Ayres's monthly, The Rub, was named best party in Brooklyn by The Village Voice and best party in NYC by The New York Press.

JD is a veteran of the Texas DJ scene, with a history of turning ordinary nights into the hottest club spots in town. Hailing from Houston, where he made a name for himself in the upscale black party circuit, JD single-handedly made Cabo Fridays the premiere Hip-Hop club on the Richmond Strip (pulling rap legends from across the city and from as far as New Orleans). JD has brought his affinity for Southern club bangers to Brooklyn and the New York party scene.
